Gave me the run around didn’t get my alternator fixed until a whole month later . Was told my car would be fixed on a Friday 2 days later then I called and he said it was the wrong alternator so he had to order one which made him go up in price from $105 to $390 all for my car to still have the same problem afterwards. Oh and he takes other orders before yours when your already in line next.

On a two day trip from Indiana to Maine we find a water leak from the passenger side dash area onto the carpet, a constant drip which was sogging the carpet. Likely a AC water drainage problem. We had another day and a half drive to Maine and would probably have to turn off the AC for the remainder of the trip. Upon arriving in Erie late in the afternoon for an overnight I find Vercillo's right next to our Hampton Inn hotel. 8:30 the next morning I take my car over there and asked if they could take a look and quickly address the problem as we on a long trip to Maine. I was expecting at the best that they could get to it later that morning. The gentleman immediately took a look at the car and quickly found it was not a quick fix of draining...unplugging the AC drip line, but a bit more complicated problem, which he quickly resolved. I was on my way in 30 minutes. If i lived in Erie I would have Vercillo's do all my car work.

An all around awesome experience with these guys. This would be my second time going to them just within the last month. Car was in and out with no problems. I would definitely highly recommend them to anyone looking for good honest and affordable work on their vehicle!

This was the second time there with my truck. I am very impressed with their quality of work and the customer service given. My truck looks as good if not better than when it was new! They were great and easy to work with, drop it off and they take care of the rest. I will not go anywhere else! They have proven there is no better! Thanks for taking care of my truck!
